Subject: [PATCH 1/1] index.html.in: Fix gitweb link.

Apparently the symlink workaround for the gitweb pages on
git.tuebingen.mpg.de does not work any more although the symlink
dss->dss.git is still in place.

This commit changes the link on the web page to include the .git
suffix.
