The development page and the manual explain how the integration branches work,
so this does not need to be repeated on the download page. The remaining part
is basically just the two links, and those can simply be added to the main page.

Now the pages no longer look as if they were made in the nineties. More

When browsing the generated html locally, clicking the logo or the
about link may cause the browser to open the directory view, which
is annoying. This commit makes these links open the main page instead.

This new svg logo was not made with a graphical editor but with a
plain text exitor. Unfortunately, ImageMagick is unable to create
a working .ico file from the svg source. Therefore we continue to
carry a manually created .ico file in the repo.
The new logo is less wide than the previous one, and it does not look
nice when it floats to the right side of its tabular cell. Fortunately
this can be fixed by removing some code from the style sheet.

The server and audiod log files provided little information and
were constantly outdated, so this patch removes them. The para_gui
screenshot is turned into a link in the feature list where para_gui
is mentioned. This gets rid of the screenshots page.
The paraslash license is mentioned on the main page, so we don't
need a dedicated page for it. The CREDITS file stays in the git repo
of course but we don't need a web page for this either. It's fairly
static anyway.

This page contains only an email address and one sentence. The main
page is a better place for this information.

This commit moves the FEATURES file to web/about.html.in, switching
the syntax from grutatxt to plain html. The new file is translated into
index.html while the old main page is now available as the "News" page.

Both the gitweb and the git daemon service have been relocated to
tuebingen.mpg.de. This commit changes the git-related URLs in the
repository to their counterparts at the new location.
The new location does not have a gitweb page dedicated to paraslash
alone. Instead, the gitweb service is provided by the gitolite
instance at git.tuebingen.mpg.de which hosts also a couple of other
repositories.
The "Changes" link of the the menu of the paraslash web pages points
to the dedicated gitweb page, so this link is removed from the menu.
There is still a gitweb link on the download page and a new one in
the README file.
Without a dedicated gitweb page, parts of the para.css style sheet
are no longer needed. This patch removes these parts, along with
git-logo.png, header and footer, which also have become unused.

The correct destination for this link is the current directory,
rather than /. The latter works only by coincidence since
paraslash.systemlinux.org is an apache vhost.

Without this, elinks shows the menu items centered with respect to the
main web page. As most pages are short, this is not a real problem. But
for the longer NEWS page the menu was shown in the middle of the page,
making it hard to navigate.

'br' is an empty element, i.e., it can take no content and it may not
have an end tag. Indeed, the W3C Markup Validation Service complains
about this:

This bug was introduced in commit 607d79aa (web: Unify <br>
elements. 2013-08).

This looks better. It can easily be achieved by adding a <br> tag
before the menu.

The main page listed almost only the releases. This information is
also available through the NEWS menu, so remove the main page and
make NEWS.html the new index.html.
This commit also reorders the menu items and adds the new "Development"
item. This page contains the information on the topic branches which
was previously known as cooking.html.
